Intellectual Property
All content, designs, texts, affirmations, quotes, sounds and materials on this site and in the app are the exclusive property of Gratitude Attitude and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission.
The App
When you buy the app, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the store you bought it from. Apps bought on the App Store are also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apps bought on Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are made through official third-party platforms, and refunds follow that platform's policy:
App Store: refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play: refund requests are handled through Google Play, according to Google's refund policy.
The book: refunds are handled by Amazon, according to Amazon's terms.
Art prints and digital downloads: sold through Etsy, under the shop policies shown on each listing and Etsy's terms.
We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds on behalf of these platforms. If you have a problem with your purchase, write to us and we will help.

Limitation of Liability
